Opening our doors to learning and collaboration.

At VERGE, education goes beyond the classroom and borders. We firmly believe in the enrichment that comes from the exchange of ideas, experiences, and cultures. That's why we're excited to open our doors and welcome professionals and students from around Europe and the world.

This section reflects that philosophy. Here we share the enriching visits we receive throughout the year, from teachers and students from other European schools who arrive through programs like Erasmus , to teachers who participate in internships, and our valuable language assistants. Each visit is an opportunity to learn, share best practices, strengthen international ties, and, ultimately, enrich our educational community.

We invite you to discover the diversity of experiences and knowledge that flow through our doors!

Visits course 2024-2025

From May 19 to 30, 2025

Ana, Zala, and Manca are early childhood education students from Slovenia and were at our CEI Virgen de Cortes 1 from May 19th to 30th. They completed a shadowing program tailored to their studies. They integrated seamlessly, and our school benefited from their energy and joy. Thanks to their backgrounds and English, they participated in intercultural activities and improved their language skills.

From May 7 to 13, 2025

This year, we had the opportunity to welcome Sueva and Magalie. They are Spanish teachers at the Lycée Polyvalent Boisjoly Potier, a vocational training center located in Reunion Island (France). Their visit was a real boost for our teachers and students. We learned French vocabulary, discovered many interesting things about their island, and shared good teaching practices.

From April 1 to 11, 2025

From the Maison Familiale et Rurale school in Moissac, we had the opportunity to welcome Manon, Jean Daniel, and Lucie. They are studying Early Childhood Education in France and have been at the CEI Virgen de Cortes 2, learning by observation with our teachers. They have been very proactive and have participated in collaborative activities with students from our Vocational Training centers. They have also made their mark on our school, proposing activities and workshops, helping with our work, and creating a bond with our students in learning French.

February 10, 2025

We hosted four students from Greece through the company Piktalent at our CEI Virgen de Cortes facilities. The students want to work as assistants in preschools, providing daily first aid and working with students with special needs.

What are Professional Internships?

Professional Internships is a mobility program organized by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training through INTEF (National Institute of Education and Vocational Training). It aims to promote professional and cultural exchanges between schools and teachers from different European countries and is aimed at teachers who teach non-university courses regulated by the LOE (Legal Education Act). It is implemented through two initiatives, one for teachers and the other for schools.
