EUROPEAN PROJECTS FOR STUDENTS

VERGE GROUP

At the Verge de Cortes Vocational Training Centers, we are committed to the comprehensive development of our students, not only through quality academic training but also by promoting enriching international experiences. One of the most notable opportunities we offer is participation in the Erasmus program, a European mobility project that transforms the lives of Vocational Training (VT) students.

What is Erasmus and what does it mean for vocational training students?

Erasmus is a European Union initiative that promotes the mobility of students, teachers, and staff of educational institutions throughout Europe. For vocational training students, participating in Erasmus means much more than traveling to another country. It is a unique opportunity to experience an educational and cultural life abroad, complementing their academic training with learning that goes beyond the classroom.

Pursuing mobility in Europe with Erasmus has a profound impact on students' personal and professional development, offering a wide range of opportunities such as:

  • Acquisition of new skills: Students have the opportunity to learn new techniques and working methods in European companies and educational institutions, thus enriching their training and improving their professional skills.
  • Language Improvement: Living and working in an international environment allows students to improve their language skills, a key competency in today's globalized world.
  • Personal growth: The experience of living in another country, adapting to a new culture, and overcoming challenges in an unfamiliar environment strengthens students' independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expanding your network: During their stay abroad, students can build relationships with professionals and colleagues of other nationalities, expanding their network of contacts and opening doors to future job opportunities.
